The latest addition to spinning capacity of Square Yarns ltd.  to manufacture blended and specialty yarns using latest state of art spinning technology. This units stablished on 2006 which 31,248 spindles with daily production capacity of 18,500kgs

Square Knit Fabrics Ltd.

The second manufacturing facility of the vertical integration, the Square Knit Fabrics Ltd. uses cutting edge technology to produce world class knit fabrics. Square Knit Fabrics Ltd stablished on 2001 and made product for Export Oriented Readymade Garments Industry. Company Production Capacity is 12,000 Kgs. of Knit Fabric per day (Open width & tubular finish). Product Type is Piece Dyed fabric, Mercerized & Dyed fabric (single mercerized), Yarn dyed fabric, Mercerized yarn dyed fabric (double mercerized). Product Range  is Engineering stripe and semi jacquard, Plain, Pique, Four Needle structures, Crepe rib, Interlock, Drop needle, Cross-miss, Milano rib, etc.

Diffrent types of machines are uses this units like Preparatory mercerization Assembly Winder, T.F.O. from savio, Italy, Singeing and Reeling machineries from SSM, Switzerland. Mercerization Machine from Jaeggli, Italy. Dyeing & Post Mercerization for Hank Dyeing ( including sampling ) and Dryer machine from Bellini and Alea, Italy. Open Width Finishing are Comprises of Slitting from Cornio, Italy; Padder, Dryer, Stenter Frames, Compactor of Monforts Inter knit line of Germany. This is the final stage of the vertical integration. The Square Fashions Ltd. is the consummation of Square’s vision of becoming a one stop destination for international buyers. Company stablished on 2001 and Manufacturing Readymade Knit Apparel .

Square Fashions Ltd. Product range are T-shirts & Polo shirts, Tank tops, Pajamas, Sport wear, Under garments, Mens & Ladies fashion wear, Kids wear, etc. Square Fashions Ltd. Production Capacity ( per day ) is 1400 dozen of T-Shirt, 1200 dozen of Polo Shirt, 1400 dozen of Women & Kids wear and 1000 dozen of undergarment.
